BECOME AN ALUMNI FORM
Purpose: To register you as an Alumni and allow you access to the services reserved for Alumni on our website and to inform you about our training programs, activities and services, as well as to send you commercial communications about our products and services, including by electronic means (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp), if you do not object.
Legitimation: The user’s consent when registering through the form and SHIFTA’s legitimate interest in keeping its Alumni informed about its training programs and services if they do not object.
Retention: Until the Alumni requests cancellation and thereafter for the legally stipulated periods.
PRE-REGISTRATION FORM
Purpose: To manage your application for enrolment in our training programs and to inform you about our training programs, activities and services, as well as to send you commercial communications about our products and services, including by electronic means (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp), if you tick the acceptance box.
Legitimation: The user’s consent when completing the pre-registration form and ticking the box to accept the sending of information.
Retention: Until the end of the processing of your registration request if it has not generated an effective registration (new processing) and, if you have agreed to receive commercial mailings, until you request to unsubscribe from them.
FORM FOR REQUESTING A MEETING WITH THE HEAD OF STUDIES
Purpose: To provide you with a means to request a meeting with the head of studies and to inform you about our training programs, activities and services, as well as to send you commercial communications about our products and services, including by electronic means (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp), if you tick the acceptance box.
Legitimation: The user’s consent when requesting the meeting through our contact form and ticking the box to accept the sending of information.
