In this capsule you will learn how to use one of the most important tools for designers and architects: AutoCAD. In this software you will be able to draw, design and model in 2D, which will allow you to create plans, diagrams and other types of designs with high precision and detail.
In the first classes you will be introduced to the AutoCAD interface and learn how to set it up to work efficiently. In addition, you will get to know the tool menus and learn how to use measurements, units and coordinates to create your designs.
As you progress, we’ll teach you how to create layers and object properties, so you can organize your designs effectively. We’ll also teach you basic 2D drawing tools, such as lines, polylines, arcs and polygons, and basic editing commands to modify and improve your drawings.
Finally, you will learn how to insert and edit text, as well as how to dimension drawings and create templates and boxes for printing your designs. This course will give you all the tools you need to create high quality and accurate designs in AutoCAD.
This course will immerse you in the basics and the main functionalities of the vector design software, AutoCAD, so that you will learn how to draw and design realistically in 2D, and how this project can then be modeled in 3D quickly, easily and accurately.
