The book Gauchito Querido is an intimate documentation of a journey through the roads of Argentina in search of the Gauchito Gil. The publication replicates the pilgrimage to Mercedes, Corrientes, the city of origin of the popular saint and the site of his main shrine. In total, 47 locations are portrayed, each one introduced by a fragment of poetic prose.

The book ‘Espacio Visceral; in the kitchen of San Pietro in Montorio’ aims to capture the experiential process of the multidisciplinary project that Carles Tarrassó has developed during his residency at the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome. Through the sensorial elements created by shapes, textures, and scents, the intention is to transcend the barrier presented by the paper and take a step further by incorporating a richer experience into Carles’ project.
