Presentation
Postgraduate in User-Centered Service Design: building user-centred solutions
People’s expectations and needs are constantly changing, and the services that companies offer must adapt to them in order to remain relevant in the market and to deliver satisfying user experiences. Good service design not only solves problems, but also creates value for both the users who use them and the organisations that implement them.
In the Postgraduate in User-Centered Service Design, you will learn to thoroughly understand the needs of users and anticipate their expectations by designing solutions that improve the way they interact with services. Throughout the postgraduate course, you will explore all phases of service design: from research and opportunity identification to ideation, prototyping, validation and communication of proposed solutions.
The aim is for you to transform knowledge about users into innovative and effective services, generating a real impact on their experience and on the strategy of organisations.
