Presentation
Short Course in Phygital Retail Design: including digital elements in physical retail spaces
In the retail sector, the barriers between physical and digital spaces have disappeared, giving rise to the creation of physical spaces that incorporate digital elements to provide differential value to users and improve their shopping experience.
Nike, Zara, Sephora, Ikea, Adidas or Leroy Merlin are just some examples of brands that are already committed to offering phygital experiences in their commercial spaces through the implementation of new technologies such as big data, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality. This ends up becoming a claim for users, who decide to physically go to these stores in search of unique experiences.
With the Phygital Retail Design program you will discover how to combine the physical experience of the brand and retail with the buying and selling processes of the digital space, to design commercial spaces that provide users with a differential and complementary experience to the one they can have virtually.
