Presentation

Master in Retail Design and Hospitality: creating experiences in retail spaces

In the Master in Retail Design and Hospitality you will learn to design pleasant, emotional and sustainable commercial spaces, with a design in line with the values of the brand.

Think of a shop, a waiting room, a library or a VIP space where you have felt at ease. Why has it been a pleasant experience? What makes you want to come back? Have you identified with the brand? If your answer is yes, it is because the company has professionals who design these spaces. Nothing is casual.

They take care of every detail, making the customer experience better. What’s more, this is likely to influence their purchasing decision and increase the probability of the customer repeating.

By training in retail space design at SHIFTA, you will gain the keys to understand the factors that influence the creation of public spaces dedicated to leisure and retail, their needs and how they intervene in the economic development of companies. This is why the program combines disciplines such as architecture, design, marketing, strategy and sales.

Once you have completed the Master’s Degree in Retail Design and Hospitality you will be able to develop projects of any nature, from conceptualisation to implementation, as well as understanding everything related to brand values in order to transfer them to the physical and digital world.
