In the Course in Enterprise UX we want to focus on the great forgotten: the UX user experience in the enterprise environment. What are we talking about? How people interact with enterprise software, including digital products, tools and services used by a company’s employees or marketed to other companies and institutions.
We tend to focus always, and only, on the user experience as a consumer and tend to overlook B2B (business-to-business) and B2E (business-to-employee) products. In this sense, patient management interfaces in healthcare environments, CRMs for marketing teams or intranets for knowledge management, for example, take a back seat.
However, designing quality B2B and B2E products is essential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of employees.
Therefore, in SHIFTA’s Enterprise UX Course we will explain how to address these situations and how to create effective and satisfying business interfaces.
